Feasts
“These are the feasts of the LORD, holy convocations which you shall proclaim at their appointed times…they shall be a statute forever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.”
Adonai Roi is like a close family and we enjoy celebrating the Biblical feasts together as a congregation! Rosh HaShanah (Jewish New Year), Yom Kipur (Day of Atonement), Sukot (Feast of Tabernacles), Pesach (Passover), Shavuot (Pentecost) are all important days on the Jewish Calendar and have special traditions and prayers that set them apart. Other celebrations such as Purim (Feast of Esther) and Hanuka (Feast of Dedication) are special times within the Jewish tradition that Yeshua also honored (John 10:22).
God ordained these seasons as sign posts to the life of the Messiah, His coming, His death, and His return. As believers in Yeshua it is an extra special joy and privilege to participate in each event with this added revelation and depth of meaning.
Adonai Roi welcomes visitors from around the world. English translation is provided for those who do not speak Hebrew. We meet every Shabbat (Saturday) at 11:00am. Please contact us at dugit@zahav.net.il to find out where we are currently holding our worship services.
