What is ‘Messianic’?
‘Messiah’ is the Hebrew word for ‘Anointed One’, which in English we often translate as ‘Christ’. A Messianic Jew is simply a Jewish person who believes that Yeshua (Jesus’ Hebrew name) is the Messiah, the Anointed One sent by God to bring salvation to the world. To be a Messianic Jew is to have received Yeshua as Saviour and Lord.
Adonai Roi welcomes visitors from around the world. English translation is provided for those who do not speak Hebrew. We meet every Shabbat (Saturday) at 11:00am. Please contact us at dugit@zahav.net.il to find out where we are currently holding our worship services.
